Public Market Proposal

The interior design of The SEED is inspired by the simplicity, connection, and strength of a geodesic dome. The lightweight, sustainable structure was designed with the principle of doing more with less, which guided the overall vision, and design of The SEED. This minimal approach influenced the project’s programming, layout, finishes and furniture selections, and zero-waste strategies.

The SEED at BCIT will educate, engage and empower people to eat, shop and grow local food on campus, and lessen our environmental impact by supporting a sustainable food system. The project is proposed to be located in SE02 on the BCIT Burnaby campus, to offer healthy and accessible food choices.

Intrepid Interiors

Working closely with clients on interior, and exterior residential renovations. Sourcing, and specifying sustainable materials, finishes, and fixtures. Trade co-ordination, and project management including timeline, and budget. Custom millwork designs, and specifications for retail displays, and custom residential closets. Construction drawings, and permit applications for new builds, and renovations.
