The focus of this patio renovation was to design an intimate seating area for entertaining, include appropriate lighting in the backyard, and main entry of the house, and replace all existing decking, stairs and railings.
Integrating a garden shed for bicycles and gardening storage was made possible by removing the existing in-ground trampoline, and the best part is the shed can be accessed from the laneway and the backyard.
Features:
Concrete retaining walls to contrast the natural cedar decking.
Floating cedar bench with seating for 6-8 people surrounding a natural gas fireplace
Cedar privacy screens & railings
Recessed landscape lighting integrated into concrete walls and stairs, and wall mount fixtures to accent privacy screens - all with dimmers
New landscape lighting for gardens, pathways and water feature
